Head of Healthcare - Offender

Practicus is currently working closely with an independent healthcare provider who is recruiting for an experienced Service Manager with a background in offender healthcare. This is initially a 3-month assignment starting immediately.

My client requires a strong leader and manager able to provide strong leadership to the teams delivering front-line care and be on-hand to advise the executive team on operational, regulatory and governance matters. This is an important role, with the day to day running of the team a clear priority for them, as is the team's stability.

My client requires an experienced service manager ideally with experience within the prisons space, however mental health, primacy and community care may be considered. My client is also ideally looking for someone who is an RMN or RGN. You must be able to instill confidence in the team you work with and build strong relationships quickly, both internally and externally.
