Location: Dumfries - Company vehicle + Benefits
The Job:
A leading UK-based forestry management organisation is expanding across Scotland and seeks passionate professionals to join its harvesting team. Positions include a Senior Harvesting Manager for Lochgilphead and a Harvesting Manager for Dumfries.
You will collaborate with the timber harvesting team, clients, contractors, and timber markets. Responsibilities also include developing new harvesting and marketing opportunities and contributing to the organisation's growth and innovation.

The Candidate:
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the rural sector
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to identify, analyse, and solve problems
- Proficient IT skills
- Experience in contractor management and project delivery
- Awareness of health & safety protocols
- Full UK driving licence
- Membership of the Institute of Chartered Foresters or willingness to work towards it is advantageous
