Your mission

Munich, full-time (40 hours)

Storage24 is scaling fast - and we need a strategic thinker and hands on doer to take our demand generation to the next level. As Head of Growth (f/m/d) at Storage24, you won't just run campaigns - you'll architect how demand flows through our entire commercial funnel. Your mission is to build a scalable, data driven lead engine that fuels our ambitious revenue growth targets.

Leading a team of motivated individuals, you'll take full ownership of performance marketing, lead generation, and funnel conversion optimisation across our core markets.

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a high performing marketing team (focusing on Online Marketing, Offline Marketing and SEA) across Germany and France (5 team members).
  • Own our Demand Generation: Drive lead generation and conversion through data driven performance marketing strategies (SEA, paid social).
  • Build a full funnel growth engine: Enable lead scoring, automation, and CRM workflows (HubSpot or similar).
  • Maximise conversion: Continuous testing and optimisation of landing pages, lead forms, and funnel UX.
  • Drive Brand Visibility: Balance brand building with conversion optimisation-expand awareness while driving measurable results.
  • Scale Internationally: Localise and optimise campaigns for existing European markets.
  • Track and improve marketing ROI: Robust reporting, funnel analytics, and data driven iteration.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Sales and Leadership to align goals and fuel growth.
Your profile
  • 4+ years of hands on experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation, ideally in B2B/B2C marketplaces or lead generation businesses.
  • Ideally, a degree in business, business development, marketing, data analytics, or similar.
  • Deep expertise in paid performance channels (especially Google Ads and Meta).
  • Proven track record in conversion optimisation and lead funnel management.
  • First leadership experience with remote or international teams.
  • Strong grasp of conversion rate optimisation, marketing attribution, and CRM.
  • Strong command of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot (or similar), BI tools.
  • Data driven mindset - you live in dashboards, attribution models, and funnel metrics.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing is a must, but you also understand how offline, brand, and local marketing contribute to the bigger picture and can guide your team accordingly.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • A hands on, "let's make it happen" attitude.
