Who you are

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Head of Growth to join an innovative, high-growth SaaS startup with a mission to transform its market and scale to new heights.

Armed with a multi-million dollar annual budget, you'll have the autonomy to make executive, data-driven decisions that shape the digital and offline growth roadmap. This includes performance marketing, brand building, SEO, ASO, and everything in between. You'll work directly with the CEO, building a data-driven growth machine where every dollar is accounted for, and the approach is as scalable as possible.

What the job involves
  • 7+ years of performance marketing and digital growth experience, ideally in fast-paced, consumer-focused settings
  • Proven success in brand marketing (digital and OOH), brand tracking, and CAC reduction through awareness activities
  • Experience leading international growth, particularly in Europe, MENA, and South Asia
  • Strategic mindset, capable of delivering scalable results across multiple marketing channels
  • Data-driven approach, collaborating with data teams to underpin and influence key decisions
  • Strong experiment design, prioritisation, and planning skills
  • Agile mindset - comfortable with fast-paced environments and quick pivots
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey from acquisition to retention
  • Track record of managing 8-figure budgets and building high-performing SEO/ASO/UA teams
  • Familiarity with growth attribution modelling and MMP tools
Additional Description

Day-to-day:

  • Promote a culture of rapid experimentation, creativity, and growth innovation.
  • LeadSEO/ASO/UA/Digitalefforts across global markets, managing and developing a high-performing team
  • Drive growth strategy execution, continually refining based on real-time performance data.
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to improve growth analytics, insights, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Stay ahead of competitors and identify emerging opportunities for growth
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture to optimise conversion rates and retention

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with multicultural audiences or products targeting niche communities
  • Fluency in Arabic, French, German, Dutch, Urdu, or Turkish
  • Understanding of cultural nuances in high-growth markets
