Head of Global Employee Experience & EVP Strategy (Hybrid)

WPP is seeking a Head of Employee Experience to own the EVP and shape an employee experience that aligns with Elevate28. You will help attract, engage and retain talent across AI, analytics, commerce and influencer talent, while honoring the distinct brands within the group.

You'll lead the design of a credible EVP, partner with Marketing to deploy a compelling global employer brand, and create a connected employee experience across markets, maintaining consistency yet respecting local cultures.
