Job Description

• Providing focal point for Finance's support of key finance and treasury activities during the development of the business.
• Coordination of annual business plan and budget cycle.
• Design and lead in preparation of monthly performance packs.
• Sr Finance business partner for operations including construction team building plant.
• Development of planning and forecasting models/systems.
• Responsibility for managing and developing a Finance Business Partner and ensuring they are engaged and thriving.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong proven background within FP&A team in high-growth energy or construction business.
• ACA/ACCA with strong accounting background.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Exposure to developing business planning and models.
