WPR are proud to be partnered with a leading pensions provider who are looking for a dedicated Head of Finance Systems to join a dynamic non-profit organisation with over 750 staff. In this hybrid role based in London, you will oversee the management, optimisation, and implementation of the organisation's financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management, optimisation, and implementation of the organisation's financial systems.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure systems support accurate reporting, streamline processes, and enhance data integrity.
• Play an active part in system upgrades, user training, and automating workflows to drive efficiency and business improvements.
• Shape effective financial solutions aligned with organisational goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with 5+ years post qualification experience
• Extensive knowledge of finance systems and system transformation projects
• Experience with automation tools (RPA, Power Automate) and Microsoft-based ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and utilise data effectively
