About Our Client

My client is a Housing Association based in the West Midlands.

Job Description

• Responsible for a number of key financial projects across the organisation including a review of some key revenue areas such as DLO, Care and Support Service, Corporate Fleet, cost lines, capitalisation approach, and disposals.
• Reviewing business partnering practices and providing support and training.
• Finance training for leadership team members and senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified accountant.
• Experience of delivering a complex change program within finance.
• Ideally proven experience within the social housing sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
• Outstanding leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

What's on Offer

£450 - £550 a day
9-12 months duration
Hybrid - 2 days onsite
