Head of Finance for AI Fintech - Hybrid London

Capsa AI in London is hiring a Head of Finance to build and run the finance function. You will own the financial model, close processes, board packs, and investor updates while partnering with the CEO and founders on commercial decisions and capital strategy.

You will lead FP&A, controls, and financial readiness as the company scales from Series A to Series B and beyond, shaping the function and a small team along the way.
