Head of Finance

The Head of Finance role will lead and develop the finance function, ensuring strong financial management, governance, controls, reporting and operational efficiencies across the organisation. The role will provide expert financial advice, challenge and insight to the Executive Committee and wider leadership team, enabling informed decision-making and organisational sustainability. You will lead a team of 5-10 core finance staff and indirectly support Country Finance Managers in 4 - 6 programme countries.

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical finance expertise, with excellent people leadership skills and the ability to build effective relationships across a diverse and international organisation.
