Role Overview

As Head of Finance, you will bring broad experience across financial control, reporting, and performance analysis to strengthen the team's capabilities and help drive financial performance forward. With a strategic, scale up mindset, you will deliver long term growth plans-balancing commercial insight with hands on delivery to keep Finance running smoothly and effectively.

You will champion sustainable, practical solutions, working closely with the CFO to ensure financial strategy supports business growth. This is a role for a hands on leader who can plan strategically while diving into the detail when needed, keeping the team motivated, engaged, and collaborative.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategic Impact

• Guide the Finance team with clarity and purpose, ensuring smooth day to day operations while driving continuous improvement.
• Implement strategic initiatives in collaboration with the CFO to strengthen financial operations and support ambitious company goals.
• Foster a high performance culture, identifying growth opportunities and supporting development programs.

Operational Excellence & Risk Management

• Manage group funds and cash flow with accuracy and timeliness, maintaining robust financial controls and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safeguard the financial integrity of the business.
• Work cross functionally with compliance, legal, settlements, and IT to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to finance led initiatives that drive company wide impact, with clear OKRs and KPIs.

Technology & Innovation

• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within Finance processes.
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to modernize ways of working, helping the Finance function scale effectively.

Reporting & Strategic Analysis

• Deliver accurate, timely reporting and analysis to support the CFO and Leadership team.
• Build flexible budgeting and forecasting models to provide clear insight for decision making.
• Support wider company strategy and planning through data driven analysis.
