Head of eRostering & Workforce Optimisation

King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in London is seeking a senior leader to head the eRostering and non-medical job planning team. You will oversee AfC electronic job planning, SafeCare, and contract management with major suppliers, while providing analytics to interpret roster performance data.

The role covers rostering for medical and non-medical staff, developing strategic direction, and driving cost improvement initiatives with senior stakeholders across the Trust.
