Head of Engineering

Location: Dublin / Hybrid. My client is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead their Engineering function to spearhead the delivery of mission critical transformations within the business.

You will be experienced in Thought Leadership, Strategy Development, Stakeholder Engagement and be well versed operating within fast paced, regulated environments. You will oversee the orchestration of their Engineering organisation against the product roadmap, leveraging your core skillset of leadership, planning, execution, and software delivery.

Experience Required

• 10+ years in Engineering Leadership or Delivery Management
• Proven track record coordinating large engineering functions of 100+ headcount
• Delivery of major transformation programmes including event driven systems, full stack modernisation, and cloud migration
• Deep experience in Agile and DevOps best practices including a technical competency to engage with engineers and architects - .NET, React, CI/CD, Oracle
• Ability to balance technical delivery with strategic goals, delivering measurable impact and quality
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skillset
