As the Head of Engineering, you will lead a team split between the UK and India. Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing and collaborating with remote teams
2. Overseeing projects primarily using JavaScript, with Python knowledge as a bonus
3. While FinTech experience is not essential, a strong technical background is required
