Job Description

FYRE Global Limited is seeking a Head of Engineering for a large B2C business, hybrid in Birmingham/Nottingham. You will shape an integrated engineering function covering Cloud, Frontend, SaaS and Backend, and lead senior engineering managers across locations.

You'll embed modern engineering practices and DevOps, align with Product, AI and Data leadership, and drive AI-enabled delivery at scale while shaping culture and strategy from day one.
