Your Role

Lead the teams responsible for Fund NAV calculations and oversee NAV related activities performed by Third Party Administration (TPA) companies across Onshore, Ireland, Dublin and Luxembourg ranges.

Responsibilities

• Provide NAV oversight, managing controls and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements for valuations and fund accounting services across UK, Ireland and Luxembourg.
• Maintain an effective control environment by monitoring KPIs, conducting service reviews and due diligence sessions.
• Analyse, investigate and sign off on breaches and errors, mitigating risks to prevent recurrence and ensuring compliance with Invesco's error management framework.
• Stay current with regulatory and industry developments, participating in industry or peer groups and ensuring NAV activities comply with best practice.
• Contribute to and oversee implementation of business, regulatory and product development changes, including chairing and reporting to Board and Committee meetings.
• Manage the team responsible for product development initiatives within the fund administration function.
• Lead and motivate a direct report team, driving performance management and developing a best in class culture.
• Identify and lead fund administration activities to improve efficiencies and service levels.
• Collaborate with the wider office management team, local management committees, EMEA Head of Fund Services and Global Head of Fund Accounting and Tax.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, TPAs, service providers and fund auditors to maintain excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experienced financial services professional with NAV oversight experience at a Management Company or Third Party Provider.
• Proven people management skills, motivated to create a supportive and high performing team.
• Experience working with UK and cross border products and diversified product ranges.
• Awareness of risk management and escalation processes.
• Knowledge of delivering fund lifecycle events and detailed NAV and share class price calculations, including hedging share classes.
• Technical expertise in alternative type products such as Bank Loan Funds, Real Estate Funds and Fund of Funds.
• Understanding of swing pricing mechanisms and their production implementation.
• Proficiency with fund accounting systems and financial vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, ICE).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• University degree (or equivalent qualification).
• Seasoned communicator with experience presenting at Board meetings and to senior stakeholders.
