Head of Education - Retail & Spa Training Leader (Hybrid)

ELEMIS is seeking a Head of Education to lead the education strategy across Retail, Spa and International markets. The role involves shaping how we develop talent, partnering with the business to drive performance and leading an integrated Education function including field trainers and content designers.

Based in London with travel across the UK and internationally, you will ensure Education remains central to the customer journey and evolves with business needs.
