The Role

You will lead and execute the distribution strategy, driving profitable growth through broker relationships while maintaining underwriting discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver distribution strategy across personal lines
• Own broker relationships, panel strategy, and performance
• Drive profitable growth aligned with pricing and underwriting
• Monitor broker performance and implement improvement plans
• Lead governance, onboarding, and distribution controls
• Work closely with Pricing, Underwriting, and Operations

The Person

• 5+ years in broker-led insurance distribution
• Strong commercial and relationship management skills
• Proven track record of delivering growth
• Comfortable operating in a senior, hands-on role
