In this role, you'll shape how CarTrawler's story is visually experienced by partners around the world. Leading a small, high-impact design team, you'll define the creative vision and strategic direction for how we present our propositions, pitches and partner experiences ensuring every touchpoint reflects our innovation and brand strength. Acting as a bridge between Commercial, Product and Marketing, you'll translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that drive connection, clarity and growth.

Your Journey starts here! What you'll do as Head of Design

• Lead and define the creative and strategic vision for Commercial Design, aligning visual strategy with CarTrawler's broader business and product objectives.
• Drive the development of a scalable library of assets for Product Marketing to strengthen sales enablement.
• Own design delivery for high-value commercial opportunities, from pitch decks to partner experiences, ensuring consistent brand storytelling.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates and guidelines that strengthen brand integrity and efficiency.
• Mentor and inspire a small, high-performing design team to deliver creative excellence and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Leadership teams to ensure brand coherence and elevate CarTrawler's market positioning.

What you'll bring to the team

• A strong portfolio that blends design craft with strategic clarity and business relevance.
• Significant experience (typically 7+ years) leading design within commercial, brand or product environments, ideally in B2B or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end design delivery while inspiring and developing creative talent.
• Expert level in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, with a strong grasp of UI/UX and storytelling for digital environments.
• Deep understanding of how design drives commercial success and connecting creativity with partner and revenue growth.
• Collaborative, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
