Your central role

Lead the global talent management agenda through continuous development and revision of concepts, programs, and tools within the ERGO Group
Implement and conduct leadership programs on a global scale
Ensure effectiveness and optimize performance management, talent processes, and succession planning in coordination with Munich RE
Collaborate with external providers
Advise board members and executive management

Your profile

You have a university degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with strong business acumen and solid knowledge of corporate strategy
You have proven expertise in leadership development in multinational corporations, including the design and implementation of programs for high potentials and accelerator programs
You have extensive experience working effectively in global and cross-functional teams, including external partnerships
You possess excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leaders and manage multiple complex initiatives effectively
You have demonstrated international leadership experience, excellent English skills, intercultural competence, and a willingness to travel globally We Offer
