This key role aims to structure and manage the consulting activity in a context of growing clientele, projects, and development of our role. As the Head of Delivery, you are responsible for the quality and reliability of all client projects. You oversee project execution and embody a credible client presence among senior stakeholders in the financial sector. This role combines team leadership, management, and a customer-facing position.Your responsibilities:Leadership & Management of Delivery- Unify and develop our team of consultants- Structure processes and define solid quality, management, and reporting standards- Organize project follow-ups and ensure the reliability of deliverables- Prioritize in a multi-client, fast-paced environmentProject Management- Define needs and validate functional specifications- Challenge estimates and workload- Supervise multiple projects simultaneously- Organize testing phases and maintain clear and structured communication with clientsYou will act as a trusted advisor to executives and business leaders.
