Head of Data

Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic Law Firm in London to help them secure a a dynamic Head of Data.

You will be tasked with the following:

• Experienced in shaping data strategy and governance in complex organisations.
• Comfortable operating in a greenfield environment.
• Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and driving consensus.
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to implementation.
• Motivated by the opportunity to build and grow a function from the ground up.
• A proven track record of establishing and delivering data strategies in law firms or, professional services.
• Pragmatic problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to make a difference and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience in planning future resourcing; initial phase has no direct reports, but team-building will follow (one/two headcount placeholder for this financial year).

Location: London (Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week in the office)
