Head of D365 (F&O)

The Head of D365 will join a thriving and business critical team at a time of significant growth and transformation. It will require someone who can lead, but is also happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved in hands-on configuration activity. The business is growing rapidly through organic growth and through M&As, so the Head of D365 will be leading complex integration, migration and consolidation processes.

The role is largely remote, with the based location in the London HQ with travel to the office at least once a month.

The Head of D365 will be responsible for the following:

• In depth knowledge and experience of full life cycle D365 rollouts
• Extensive experience with F&O (P2P, OTC, R2R, PMA, Subscription Billing)
• Leading and executing enterprise scale integration and migration strategies
• Hands-on configuration and support, and the desire to continue in a hands-on capacity whilst also leading a small team
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently with senior level stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Vendor and 3rd party management, including service and quality assurance
