Head of Customer Success - Enterprise Growth (Remote)

Colossyan, a fast-growing AI-enabled training platform, is hiring a Head of Customer Success in London. You will own retention, expansion and the customer experience for global enterprise clients, acting as player-coach with 70% hands-on account work and 30% team leadership.

You will design and run retention playbooks, lead CS Managers, and translate customer feedback into product and marketing insights while shaping the next phase of our enterprise growth.
