Head of Customer Success - AI for Financial Services (Remote)

Aveni is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead and scale a team in a remote-first UK setup. You will own the CS operating model, drive customer value, and partner with Sales, Product, Implementation and Support to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience across enterprise accounts.

You will own metrics like GRR, NRR, customer health, and satisfaction while shaping the Voice of the Customer to influence product direction and strategy.
