Head of CS, Payments & Embedded Accounts (Remote)

ZBD is building a pioneering Customer Success function for Embedded payouts and Embedded Accounts in the payments space. You will be the founding CS leader, owning the customer journey from contract through integration, first transaction, ongoing health and expansion.

You will design the operating model and tooling, eventually building a team as the business grows. This is not a traditional SaaS CS role; success hinges on coordinating operations, compliance, technology and commercial aspects to
