  • Developing and maintaining a strong M&A pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow aligned with revenue and EBITDA targets.
  • Leading the end to end execution of M&A transactions through close collaboration with cross functional teams.
  • Supporting post acquisition onboarding and integration to ensure strategic value is realised and acquired businesses are successfully embedded into the group.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Head of Corporate Development:
  • You bring significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, ideally within financial technology, financial services, or a closely related sector.
  • You have a proven track record of negotiating and executing complex transactions, including deal structuring, pricing, and contractual terms.
  • You demonstrate strong financial analysis and valuation skills and can clearly assess the strategic and commercial impact of potential deals.
  • You communicate with confidence and credibility, enabling you to influence board level stakeholders and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
  • You can translate business strategy into a clear M&A vision, pipeline, and execution plan, with experience supporting or leading post merger integration.
