Head of Conveyancing

Incredibly rare opportunity to join a renowned full-service practice in the heart of Chester, with the flexibility to work from home, as the new Head of Department for its highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team.

This successful team continues to grow rapidly across both the residential and commercial property sectors, driven by an excellent client base and in line with the firm's wider development plans.

As the most senior member of the team, you will be a qualified Solicitor (ideally with 6+ years' PQE) with demonstrable managerial experience and extensive expertise in property law. Leading an established team of ten across Residential and Commercial Property, you will take a proactive role in managing and developing the Residential Conveyancing department.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing, together with some experience of commercial property matters as that side of the business continues to expand. You will be supported by an experienced team of fee earners and junior staff.

Salary and benefits will reflect your experience, with a guideline salary of up to £70,000.
