Head of Freelance Data Centres Europe About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Freelance Data Centres Europe to lead and scale our freelance recruitment offering across the European data centre market.

We have dedicated Internal Mobility, Legal, and Compliance teams that manage contractor administration and travel arrangements. This allows our recruitment teams to focus on billings rather than administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow freelance recruitment activities across the European Data Centre market.
• Source, engage, and place high-quality freelance professionals across mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities across Europe.
• Collaborate closely with internal support functions to ensure an exceptional contractor and client experience.

Requirements

• 4+ year's experience in any industry doing international freelance recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in generating contractor placement revenue.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for building client relationships and growing accounts.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Leadership experience.
