Head of Construction Claims & Recovery

Southern Housing seeks an experienced Claims Manager to lead our Claims & Recovery Service in a hybrid London-based role. You will oversee high-value construction and warranty claims, directing investigations, evidence gathering and strategic dispute resolution to maximise financial recovery while protecting residents and organisational interests.

You will manage a small specialist team, shape claim strategies and work closely with legal advisers, technical experts and senior stakeholders.
