Head of Compliance Monitoring - FinTech, Hybrid Role

Lendable Ltd is seeking a Head of Compliance Monitoring to own and lead the risk-based monitoring programme. You will provide second line assurance that the business meets its regulatory obligations and evidences outcomes for customers.

You will report to the Head of Compliance and work closely with the Board, FCA engagement teams and cross-functional partners. This senior role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery in a fast-growing fintech environment.
