Are you ready to step up into a senior compliance role with MLRO responsibilities?
Our client, a growing multi asset trading firm, is looking for a confident and capable Compliance Officer to lead the UK compliance function.

This is a hands on, visible position where you'll oversee all day to day compliance activity, guide a small team, and act as the nominated MLRO for the FCA - with full support from the firm's Global Head of Compliance.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading the UK compliance and trade surveillance function.
• Overseeing FCA compliance across retail and institutional products.
• Managing AML/CTF frameworks and supporting regulatory interactions.

We're looking for:

• Strong regulatory compliance experience in trading, brokerage, or CFD/spread betting environments.
• Working knowledge of AML and financial crime processes.
• A steady, capable professional ready to take on MLRO accountability.

Package:

Up to £150k base + discretionary bonus + benefits.
Hybrid working: Office Mon-Thu, WFH Fridays.
