Head of Commercial Legal & Public Sector

Cera Care Ltd seeks an experienced commercial solicitor to lead our commercial and immigration capability. You will advise on government procurement, IT/software licensing, IP, and data protection, with line management responsibilities for a Commercial Legal Counsel and the Immigration Team.

Reporting to the GC, you will oversee day-to-day contracting, liaise with local authorities and public bodies, and ensure regulatory compliance across the business in a hybrid London-based role.
