Head of Commercial Law

Signatus are recruiting a Head of Commercial Law for a growing indigenous law firm based in Belfast. They are a multi-office outfit with industry-leading, chambers-ranked partners in key practice areas. Owing to increased client demand and future growth plans, they are intending to recruit an experienced and reputable solicitor to take over the running of the commercial department, and help drive the future development plans of the firm.

Senior solicitors and junior partners who have significant experience in any area of commercial law will be of interest. Anyone with a client following who can make an immediate impact would be of significant interest, but a following is not essential.

Areas of law that might be of particular interest include (contentious and non-contentious) Construction, Media (contentious and non-contentious), IP/Entertainment/TMT, Commercial Property, and Corporate M&A.
