What you'll get up to:

As Commercial Marketing Manager, you'll be an experienced, hands on marketer responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns across the business.

You'll lead national marketing campaigns end to end, from idea generation and messaging through to execution and performance, ensuring they land with impact across all sites. Alongside this, you will also own local marketing and commercial campaigns working closely with shopping centre partners, local communities, and internal teams.

This is a role for someone that loves creating campaigns-coming up with strong ideas, writing compelling copy, and turning plans into action-while working confidently in a commercial environment. You'll be accountable for driving measurable footfall and profitable growth, and comfortable working with KPI's and performance targets.

This hybrid role combines creative thinking and hands on delivery. You'll work with agencies and internal teams where needed, but you'll also be comfortable rolling your sleeves up-shaping content, refining messaging, managing campaign admin and ensuring activity delivers a clear return on investment.

Could you be who we're looking for?
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing within leisure, hospitality, or entertainment
  • Proven track record of delivering national campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes
  • Skilled in partnership building, negotiations, and converting collaborations into revenue
  • Confident in creative campaign development end-to-end-generating strong ideas, shaping messaging and writing compelling copy that brings campaigns to life across all channels
  • Strong commercial mindset-able to monitor every initiative to sales and ROI
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across multiple stakeholders
  • Curious and commercially aware, with a habit of visiting competitors and applying insights
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills
  • Commercially focused with the ability to link activity directly to sales and footfall targets
  • Energetic, personable, and confident representing the brand in public
