Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the Trust's commercial strategy to increase income, sustainability and growth.
• Translate strategy into clear, actionable delivery plans.
• Identify and develop new income streams, partnerships and traded services.
• Provide commercial insight and analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Lead business development and expand external partnerships.
• Manage traded services to ensure strong performance, quality and compliance.
• Oversee procurement and contract management to maximise value and minimise risk.
• Lead commercial aspects of projects, assets and transformation programmes.
• Drive innovation through new service models and continuous improvement.

Leadership

• Lead, motivate and develop staff to deliver strategic objectives.
• Provide expert advice to executives, trustees and governors.
• Line manage staff and oversee delivery of the Trust's strategic plan.
