• Lead enterprise-wide colleague engagement and experience strategy

• Design and implement impactful, inclusive initiatives

• Use data and insight to drive change and measure cultural impact

• Empower managers with tools and training to lead engaged teams

• Build trust and influence across all levels of the organisation

• Proven experience leading engagement or cultural strategies in large, multi-site environments

• A deep understanding of the needs and experiences of frontline colleagues

• Strong influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and inspire senior leaders

• Experience with engagement platforms, culture change, and recognition strategies

• A passion for shaping people-first, inclusive workplace cultures
