This senior role will define and drive an inclusive engagement strategy that connects colleagues to purpose, values, and each other-from the frontline to the executive team.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide colleague engagement and experience strategy
Design and implement impactful, inclusive initiatives
Use data and insight to drive change and measure cultural impact
Empower managers with tools and training to lead engaged teams
Build trust and influence across all levels of the organisation
Proven experience leading engagement or cultural strategies in large, multi-site environments
A deep understanding of the needs and experiences of frontline colleagues
Strong influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and inspire senior leaders
Experience with engagement platforms, culture change, and recognition strategies
A passion for shaping people-first, inclusive workplace cultures
