About the Role

You will be an inspirational teacher who can capture students' interest, help them to self-solve problems and provide opportunities to understand the wider world of work and commerce they will be entering. You will be able to teach both Business and Economics to KS5, with results for which are consistently high with engaged and hard-working students. This role is suitable for an experienced teacher who has the ability to lead staff and drive results. The school has a calm, settled feel, although all staff work hard and the emphasis is on progression.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Ability to teach both Business and Economics to KS5.
• Experience in leading staff and driving results.
• Experience in a high performing school is desirable.
• Evidence of CPD and career development opportunities within a large school.
• MPS/UPS + TLR as appropriate.
