Join us as a Head of Brand and Product Marketing
This is a senior Marketing leadership position, reporting to the Head of Marketing; The role plays a key strategic link between the marketing function and the wider Three Ireland commercial ecosystem.
Role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver real impact as a key leader within a strategic and creative marketing team. The Head of Brand and Product Marketing is accountable for the Three brand growth in the market through devising and implementing brand strategies across both Consumer and Business.
The role is responsible for defining & building a differentiated brand in order to drive consideration and long-term equity, while driving product-led growth across the portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and product positioning, whilst understanding and influencing go to market execution and commercial impact.
The role leads the brand narrative, translates product value into clear customer messaging, and ensures consistency across all touchpoints.
The role will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Channel Marketing to ensure growth of the brand and Three Ireland business in the long term, whilst achieving annual commercial and business budgets.
As this is a critical Marketing leadership position, central to success in this role is extensive and effective team working with stakeholders within Marketing, the wider business and external partners, to deliver measurable results.
What else it involves
Brand Strategy & Management- Own and evolve the overarching brand strategy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation in the market
- Define brand positioning, purpose, voice, and visual identity, and ensure adoption across the business
- Act as the brand guardian, maintaining high standards across campaigns, content, comms, and experiences
- Lead major brand initiatives, including rebrands, platform refreshes, and thought leadership programmes
- Track brand health and equity and drive improvements, continuously refining strategy based on performance data and insight
- Own product positioning and value propositions
- Lead strategy for new products, features, and market expansions
- Translate product capabilities into customer centric narratives that drive adoption and revenue
- Shape integrated marketing campaigns that connect brand storytelling with product demand
- Partner closely with Product to influence Product / Proposition / Offer roadmap through market and customer insight
- Developing & implementing a Quarterly and Annual Brand & Product marketing plan to support key consumer and business objectives and metrics (Agile Process & Annual Planning)
- Consumer & Business marketing planning for Three brand
- Media planning & optimisation (ATL)
- Build, lead, and develop a high performing brand and product marketing team
- Influence at executive level and present brand and product strategy with clarity and conviction
- Significant Senior marketing leadership experience in a commercial environment
- Proven ability to define and deliver brand strategy that drives growth
- Strong product marketing expertise, including positioning and go-to-market
- Track record of delivering integrated campaigns with measurable impact
- Highly commercial and data-driven, linking marketing to revenue and ROI
- Strong stakeholder influence across executive and cross-functional teams
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills, able to present strategy with clarity and impact
