About the role

A brilliant opportunity for an experienced and creative Head of Benefits & Wellbeing to innovate and shape our future benefits, wellbeing and recognition agenda at Boots for over 50,000 colleagues. Permanent role, based in Nottingham.

What you'll need to have
  • Create and deliver an exciting and innovative strategy across benefits, recognition and wellbeing that improves the colleague experience and increases our key performance metrics (awareness, engagement, advocacy and take-up)

  • Engage, lead and inspire our benefits, recognition and wellbeing team

  • Drive value from our key supplier partnerships, ensuring they are aligned to our strategy and delivering great experiences and value

  • Create a flexible proposition that responds to our different colleagues' needs, across our global locations.

  • Continuously innovate, grounded in colleague listening and external research; creating business cases for change that demonstrate a positive return

What you'll need to have
  • A proven expert in benefits, recognition, wellbeing and employee experience; with experience in large workforces

  • A creative thinker at a strategic level with experience of building and delivering benefit, recognition and wellbeing propositions that positively influence our culture

  • A great communicator, with storytelling abilities and strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • A commercial thinker, focused on both the colleague experience and the business benefits - and adept with data and insights to drive this forwards.

  • A great leader and team player with energy and enthusiasm to create and drive positive change
