Head of Analytics - CLCM

In this strategic leadership role, you'll drive the analytics that power our customer lifecycle and campaign strategies, using data to unlock insights, optimise targeting, and maximise customer value. Collaborating with marketing, CRM, and data science teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage, retain, and grow our customer base.

What you will be doing

• Lead a team of onshore and offshore analysts to ensure optimal business support and value creation where possible. Ensure positive engagement of the team through development plans and other means
• Develop and drive CLCM Analytics strategy and milestones aligned to Business and Team Specific goals
• Work with Director of Commercial and Customer analytics and other senior members of the team to ensure collaboration and transparent communication is happening where required
• Collaborate with BI and Data Ops teams to ensure development plans are aligned to business requirements
• Inform new ways to segment and narrate movements in the customer base. Potentially informing a data science development roadmap
• Be prepared to coach team members on technical, analytical, and soft skills, and to independently deep-dive analysis when needed
• Establish working relationships with the Retention Director, Customer Ops Director and other key stakeholders to deliver analytical support against top priorities
• Lead the business to a consolidated set of reports/dashboards and Key performance indicators to ensure efficient and aligned storytelling and monitoring across the business

• Excellent analytics skills and will have a wealth of experience working in a Marketing analytics role where large volumes of online/offline marketing data are being processed
• Extensive experience in advising in spend allocation and informing digital marketing strategies to commercial and financial stakeholders
• Have the ability to inspire, support, and develop a high performing team, including off shore members through inclusive collaboration and clear communication
• A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics
