- Design and implement risk management strategies for AI activities, ensuring alignment with Bupa's broader risk frameworks.
- Monitor and respond to regulatory developments, including GDPR, the EU AI Act, and other emerging standards.
- Establish and regularly review ethical guidelines for AI development and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data governance managers and AI specialists, to ensure consistent and responsible AI practices across the business.
- Develop scalable tools, processes and methodologies to support the growth of AI capabilities while maintaining strong governance.
- Proven experience in AI governance, risk management, and ethical AI practices.
- A strong understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills - you'll be confident engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Experience developing and implementing governance frameworks and policies.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across a complex organisation.
