Head of AI-Enabled Car Finance Ops

Marshmallow is seeking an experienced operations leader to own collections and customer service for our car finance book and to scale the function to handle 100x current volume. London-based, hybrid with four days in the office.

You will set strategy, lead the team, take calls, run QA, coach staff and tackle the toughest cases, while collaborating with engineers to automate processes and preserve essential human input where needed.
