Head of Accounting

Your responsibilities as a Head of Accounting :

• Ensure accurate and timely IFRS reporting, including monthly closings, annual statements, and audits
• Act as main liaison with Shared Service Center and internal teams to drive efficiency and resolve financial queries
• Manage tax compliance, credit risk, and financial controls to safeguard business integrity
• Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring effective performance management and resource planning

About you :

• You hold a degree in accounting, finance, or similar
• You bring 5+ years' experience in a comparable role in a corporate, international setting
• You're SAP-savvy and confident with technical accounting topics
• You lead and motivate with clarity and confidence
• You thrive in a dynamic environment with a positive mindset
• You speak Dutch, French, and English fluently
