Contract type: Full Time 40 hours per week
Rate: £13.27 per hour

Do you take pride in your cleaning standards and attention to detail? As Head Housekeeper, you'll ensure that our home is clean and welcoming home for the people who live and work here.

You'll be responsible for setting and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the home, ensuring a comfortable environment for the people we support.

You will lead the brand new Housekeeping Team in our new state of the art purpose built home. You'll have the chance to really make your mark.

Join us as our Head Housekeeper at Jubilee Heights care home in Bury.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning schedules with your team, including dusting, mopping, polishing and vacuuming
• Oversee your team's cleaning of all areas, including residents' rooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, kitchens and offices
• Build trust and promote choice, dignity and independence
• Perform tasks such as hoovering residents' bedrooms and polishing photo frames

We don't require any specific qualifications to apply for this role, but a good standard of education, such as GCSEs in English and Maths, may be useful. You'll ideally also have supervisory experience in a similar role.
