Responsibilities

As Head Host, you will manage the flow of guests into SORA, our brand new Sky Bar, to optimize their experience and make effective use of the space.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in high-volume restaurants or bars
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with guest inquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face
• Liaising with the Front Office team and SORA management to ensure each shift's success
