Overview

Head Chef required in Wolverhampton. 45 hours per week. From £13.01 negotiable. Performance related bonus. Reliable hours contract (or salaried in certain sites). Privilege card discount. Marston's Rewards. Location: Waggon & Horses, Wolverhampton, WV5 0AQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen team, set standards, and raise the bar across the kitchen.
• Ensure all food and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Play a key part in pub management, creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Grow, develop, and retain a motivated kitchen team.
• Maintain clear communication with the kitchen and wider pub team.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and speed of service targets are met.
• Take pride in the meals produced by you and your team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/Head Chef role or readiness to step up from a Sous/Second Chef position.
