Responsibilities

You will lead a team of 4-5 kitchen staff. The Head Chef will need experience gained within Contract Catering and have catered for staff dining as well as hospitality / fine dining.

The restaurant provides 2 hot mains for lunch, a small amount of grab and go and composite salad options. There is a small amount of hospitality including buffets, bowl food and some fine dining. You will produce around 300-350 covers for lunch each day all prepared from fresh.

Qualifications

Previous Contract Catering experience is required. Experience in staff dining and fine dining hospitality is essential.
