Head Chef - High-Volume Contract Catering Leader

Chartwells Independent is seeking an experienced Head Chef in Hounslow to lead a busy kitchen serving up to 400 covers per day. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-volume environments and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, delivering exceptional catering services, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. A valid Food Hygiene Certificate and City & Guilds or NVQ qualification is a must for this role.
