Head Chef - Tunbridge Wells, Kent - 33k-35k

DAYTIME ONLY

Working 5 days out of 7 per week including weekends.

Are you fed up of working long hours and late nights? Are you a Head Chef or Sous Chef with strong cafe/restaurant experience?

My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to be based at one of their sites in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

I am looking for a candidate who has the following:

• Experience at a Head Chef or Sous Chef level
• Able to lead a BOH team
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety
• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a Head Chef or Sous Chef position within the last year.
